The netizen wrote on his blog: ”During the CPPCC artist representative group discussion forum, Jackie Chan teamed up with Feng Xiaogang [famous Chinese filmmaker and director] in roundly criticizing the examination and approval system of the the State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television [SARFT]. When other representatives were making speeches, there were constantly journalists asking Jackie Chan for autographs on their Two Sessions souvenir envelopes, with Jackie Chan often refusing them and telling the journalists: ‘When other people are speaking, we should pay attention and not do other things; this is a basic courtesy.’”

As the discussion forum came to an end, Jackie Chan packed his conference materials in his bag and even organized the pencils on the tables. Seeing that a CPPCC representative next to him had yet to return from the restroom, Jackie Chan leaned over and ordered one-by-one all the documents on his table, even placing his glasses and pens where they should be, his movements nimble, just like in an action film.
